I contacted this cleaning service for coming to estimate, and the owner (I assumed) came on Thursday, 6/8/2023. I walked her through the house and explained what I needed for the first time cleaning using her firm. I need a deep cleaning for the house including all the rooms and space in the 1st floor and the 2nd floor. I also said, if we continue with your service, we would only need to clean 2 bedrooms 1 study room plus family room, dinning area, and kitchen area. After the estimate, hours later I got a call from a different person and she said the cost was $317 for the first time and it would be reduced for future services. On Friday, two nice ladies showed up on time but when I walked them through the house they looked puzzled. The said they were told to do 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms cleaning but this house has more. They are really nice people and started to work and worked very hard trying to cleaning everything as I expected for the deep cleaning. However, since they did not expect the amount of the cleaning work, they run out of the time in the end. I noticed that they were rush to get done to leave and I had to mention that sorry the study room is not yet been cleaned. They then picked up. I felt unformattable for the process and felt sorry for these two ladies. While the ladies were doing the cleaning, I got a call from the person doing the schedule and she said the price has to be increased to $365.7 since the bedrooms that were cleaned was 4.5. I paid the invoice since I did not want these two lovely and hard working ladies did not get paid for what they deserved. The process of this made me to be disappointed with this cleaning service management, and I would not continue to use its service.
