This was a great experience. Two very nice guys worked to improve my patio steps and repaired the walk that had sunk. Then power washed and sealed my very large patio. I will have these guys back to do other yard projects. They are very hard workers and want to please. They checked with me often to make sure I was happy with the work! The landscaping with river rock was a big job. They laid plant fabric to keep out weeds and diligently placed river rock making sure all areas were covered. They even thought of a spot I missed! Excellent service. Preston and crew go the extra mile. We hired them to do our lawn up keep after their extraordinary job of river rock landscaping. I highly recommend Preston and his crew. They are honest and truly work hard for their customers.

I hired Lutz Property Solutions for Lawn Maintenance in 2022. Not only are they reliable and professional, they have went out of their way to assist me in other projects on my property such as extensive brush removal, leaf removal, gravel delivery and compacting the gravel as a base for a new mini barn. They have provided snow removal and even going above and beyond installing some Christmas lights on my roof because I can't get on my roof anymore. I also plan to use them to deliver soil in the spring for my garden. They are Honest and Fair. Would highly recommend. A+++

Did an amazing job! Always cleans the walk ways, always removed dead grass from side of the house, never leaves tracks. Picks up trash. Even has clean up after my dogs if I havenâ  t yet. Great with my dogs and friendly with my neighbors.

They are nice, easy to work with, they get the job done fast. And they make your property look better than ever.

Great Godly man and does great work

Had a paver patio put in by Preston and his crew. Very stand up guy and completed the job on time and within the budget with very clean work. Always stayed in communication with me through the process and I learned alot. Definitely a refreshing change from some contractors I've hired.
