Levi is one of the most qualified glass replacement specialists you will ever meet. I have worked with many people in similar positions, and none can compare to what he brings to the table. It is clear that his knowledge of window repairs has been earned over years of experience. His ingenuity in figuring out and correcting issues is probably one of the skills that stand out most to me. That, and the fact that he genuinely cares about making sure things are done correctly. Definitely a rare individual in this industry.

Levi and Ginger helped me with several manufacturer warranty replacements over the past 2 years. They are very organized, professional, and are highly relatable good humans. Itâ s rare to find contractors that meet my expectations, let alone exceed them, so Iâ m eager to spread the word. They both paid special attention to my needs because Iâ m one of those detailed customers (I know) that has high expectations and they always seemed so patient, understanding, and compassionate with me when other contractors would run. I learned how to properly clean, evaluate, uninstall, install, and maintain my windows because Levi took a little extra time to allow me to shadow and watch as he demonstrated/instructed. For example, Levi would take his time to evaluate each window for quality control issues instead of rushing to install. That alone saved us a lot of headaches in the end. Most contractors want to come into your home, and have you leave them alone for them to do their work in private. Levi allowed me to learn and it quickly felt like a friend was over helping me with a project. Levi and Ginger are the type of folks Iâ d invite over to my next barbecue, and Iâ ll definitely be giving them a call for any of my window needs.
