Great work I will past on future customers

We hired Louis in December 2023 and signed agreement. Couple of months went by without any progress for the permit until I stepped in and communicated with the county officials and paid $2300 mentioned he did not have deposit money as it was finished. Went by progress was very slow And then on the fifth month the permit to almost a month because you are not applied for it after three weeks I stepped in again take care. During all this time, I spent a lot of my money on supplies as Louis asked me to do online pick up for his guys Carlos. Even paid for the sprinkler to be installed because that was not done and the work was stalled for a few weeks because of that as well absolute nightmare after seven months he sent text message saying he will not finish the job, and deserted us with all trash laying around and house extension incomplete. It is far from perfection to whatever he has done so far. He even blackmailed us to pay him more and more breaking the rules of agreement and we did just so things would progress.
