Mr. Kivett is a very professional person and has a very good knowledge about shutters. He was able to resolve the problem with one of my shutters. Mr. Kivett performed an excellent work and will use his services in the future.

Very efficient and polite service. Called last night and left a message because I could not open one of my shutters, it was stuck. He called back within the hour and came over the next day early afternoon and fixed it right up. He then lubricated all the tracks as well Very reasonable price and he offers all kind of other services of maintenance. I will surely have him come back for other work.

Hello Steve came and had a look identified the problem immediately. Unfortunately, there is only one company who does this kind of repair on these shutters because there are so old. He took the piece taht was broken and went to the company and had it fixed and then proceeded in installing the new piece. He had given me an estimate, the price was fair and this is what he charged. Also, I asked him about my window and he took a look and help me out. He ordered the piece that was broken and he came back with the piece and installed it and he charged me 30$ only. I'm real happy to have met Steve and for all the repairs he did in my small condo. A real pro at a fair price. Thank You Steve.
