Professional, polite, and a good price!

For many years, we have wanted to replace our tired, old carpet and nondescript peel-and-stick linoleum. Having decided that LVP flooring was the way to go (we have, ya know, a few pets) we began our search for an installer that could work with our unique needs. We have a small house and, at 60+ years old, a lifetime of memorabila that needed moving. We had several of the big flooring companies come out (the ones with ads on TV) and disliked the high-pressure tactics they used and thought their prices were rather high. We immediately felt at home with the K&B guys. They answered all our questions and were willing to work with us on scheduling. They gave us a quote within a day and guided us in choosing the right materials. And, best of all, they are very, very good at what they do. The carefully moved our precious antiques and hauled the old carpeting away. Our new floors are beautiful, amazing, stunning! We went with Home Depot's "Lifeproof" line in a color called Tupelo Oak. In the end, I feel we got a superior product with expert installation at what turned out to be about 1/2 the price of what the big flooring guys quoted us. We could not be happier with our decision to use K&B.
