Second time using them. Once again, very reasonable, punctual, professional, great communication flow (not easy to get in South FL and key for me), Highly competent & ethical. Jordan and Justin are total pros who did a quality job w/ precision, Very clean too from start to finish. Def.recommend!

I am relatively new to south Florida and my experience thus far has been very jaded by contractors/pros either NOT showing up, showing up late, partly completing a job, or showing up and changing their pricing. So, it was totally surprising and refreshing to have someone show up, on time, be professional, educate me on their process, and give me straightforward pricing. In addition, Jordan actually went with me to return a toilet that was incorrectly delivered to ensure I got the correct toilet AND he actually negotiated a discount on my behalf!!!! I've NEVER had that type of service in my life!!! I can't imagine why anyone would hire anyone else but this business to do their plumbing work. Thanks to Jordan and the behind the scenes man Dan!!

Used JD express plumbing first time today. Excellent service from start to finish. Uses top quality supplies and very reasonable pricing, even threw in a free item. Have used other plumbers, some egregiously overcharged. This business is bar none, the best found, and not easy to find anymore in S. FL. Will be hiring for all future plumbing needs.
