They did a fantastic job. My only complaint was with the amount of dust from the sanding which we needed to clean every room - even the ones not near the work.

Marlon and his crew were very professional. He was very responsive during the estimate and scheduling process. He was very helpful in helping us decide on the stain, giving us a sample in house and having the weekend to think it over. The work was done fairly quickly and seems to be quality work. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

Marlon and his staff are fantastic. We had a very small hardwood replacement project in our foyer which they did not shy away from. Very fast, professional process from the estimate to the installation. Great work and price!

Professional experience from start to finish. JCM had previously installed a few rooms of flooring as a subcontractor for us. For this much larger install (2400 sqft) I called Marlon directly. He came out for a free estimate and provided a clear statement of work with both customer responsibilities and contractor responsibilities with no gray areas. The price was far better than the others who did estimates for us. We knew what we wanted from our wood selection already and provided him the skus. His estimate included exactly how much we needed to order AND the appropriate skus and quantity for trim pieces, transitions, underlayment, quarter round, etc. The estimate also included moving furniture in all of the rooms (King sized beds, solid wood dressers, piano, bunk beds, etc) and was still half the price of other estimates. The best part is, Marlon came out about after the material was delivered to inspect, looked at the quarter round we were delivered and informed us he had a supplier with much better quality, and already primed and painted that was $600 cheaper than the big boxes in the area. The work crew showed up on time, worked diligently throughout the day and finished the 2400 sq ft in 2 days. We have no carpet remaining in our house. The only work left to be done is to refinished the oak floors in the entry way and we will 100% hire JCM for that as well.

By far the best company around. Spoke with Raul he informed me of the job that would take 2 days, he an the boys got it done in 1, there fast, they communicate, very very pleased to work with them and would highly recommend them for any floor job.

They worked fast, covered all common areas with a thin plastic, and applied 2 coats. I did not give them 5 because one of the workers dump all the sanding dust on my flower beds.
