iDoor provided excellent service to remove and replace my large double garage door coil springs after one spring broke. They were able to repair the issue and reconnect my 40 year old garage door opener function. This will allow me to survive another year before I need to install a very expensive Hurricane Wind Rated garage door.

Quickly received a personal call, not automated, after requesting quotes from multiple pros even though it was after 8pm. They were able to quote me a price to replace both springs and have a technician out to do the repair the next morning between 9am-11am. That morning I received a call at 9am from the technician and they were at my house by 9:30am and the repair was completed about 30 minutes later. New springs came with a lifetime warranty and cost for entire job was $259 plus tax. Also quoted a price to replace the rollers that they would honor for 30 days. No complaints at all and would absolutely recommend.

Richard called me right away and even offered to come out that evening. He showed up right on time and was extremely friendly and did an awesome job. He noticed that I needed something else replaced and gave me his recommendation rather than putting any pressure or making me feel obligated to get the work done with him. Would highly recommend!
