I have never been more disappointed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The salesman (Edgar) at first was great. He convinced me that even though they were not the lowest bid they were the best. I gave them a deposit of nearly $1,500. The job was quoted at $14,000. He said he would get the samples for the facia board, the hardi-board and the door. Three weeks passed and I called to find out when I would get the samples. I called Edgar's cell and left messages. I called the office. No one called me back. I emailed and texted. No luck. Last week I finally got a young lady, Jewel, who said they dropped the ball, but she would get back to me. She texted me once saying she was working on it. She never called me back again. I kept leaving messages with no luck. Yesterday after going online and leaving messages and calling the office four times and leaving messages on my fifth time (using another phone in case they had caller id) I spoke with Jewel. She indicated that they really didn't perform this type of work, but she would get back with me. I begged her to put me on hold and find answer. She finally got back and said they cannot honor the contract because it isn't what they really do. Their website says they replace siding, fascia etc. the salesman gave me a contract stating what they will provide. I asked about my deposit, and she said she was new, and she didn't know how that works. I asked to speak to the owner, or the manager and she said they weren't in the office. I guess Jewel who stated that she was new, could make the decision not honor the contract. What a joke. I wasted a month and a half with this fly by night company. I want my deposit back. I guess I will have to go to small claims court. My guess is they don't have my money. A word to the Salesman Edgar. You seemed like nice young man. You called me back promptly before you made the sale. After that you never returned any of my numerous calls for help. You didn't care one bit about my project. This attitude shows your true character. Shame on you.

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them.
  7. Legal Search for Civil Judgments
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
  8. Liens Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
