Gave a much higher square footage for the project quote than another contractor and myself measured. When asked they lowered the sq ft without explaining why it was high the first time. The actual company that did the floor - hollywood wood floors - were amazing. Knew their stuff, including the species of the wood, which the person who did the quote incorrectly identified. I chose them because we had a quick timeline, got a cheaper quote that would have been too late for our move in schedule.

My experience was great. They moved my heavy pieces of furniture out of the area that was being refinished and back a few days after the floor was completed. Both gentleman were very courteous. Erik in the office was really good on the phone addressing all my questions.

Everybody was super nice. I believe it was Erika I spoke to on the phone who was very understanding of all my concerns. Jim, the franchise owner, was very helpful with everything including assisting me in picking out a beautiful color. Dominick & Kenny, the installers, finished the job in one day - including clean up! I love my new floor!

I would award 15 stars if I could. We were on a fairly tight timeline and that was always on their radar. The color of the exterior paint was well matched to the existing color and we are well pleased. Thank you, thank you for stepping up and helping us get ready to sell our house
