Outstanding service! I could not understand why my downstairs closet was extremely cold upon entry. During my first conversation with Phillip, he conveyed concern and dedication regarding identification and remediation of the unusually cold air. During initial visit, Phillip noted portions of closet were approximately 15 degrees colder than adjoining rooms. After conducting internal and external inspections of the nearby areas, he identified potential source of cold air. A couple days later with outside temperatures in the 20s, Phillip exhaustively sealed external areas of concern. A few days later, he came again to determine temperature differential within the closet. It was now much more comfortable with temperature only a few degrees below neighboring rooms! Throughout the entire process, Phillip was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Mr. Garvin was professional, dependable, and knowledgeable on what needed to be done. He was open to suggestions and willing to work with me on the price. H&G is fantastic - extremely professional, timely, and by far the best bang for your buck. I was able to talk directly to the owner and easily schedule an emergency appointment for that same day. Mr. Garvin himself came out the the property to locate and treat standing water and mold in our crawl space and kitchen and conduct an air quality test. He worked hard and quickly to identify and fix the issue, didnâ t overcharge for anything unneeded, and even took the time to be sure we understood exactly what he was doing. Overall I appreciated their urgency, care and precision. Iâ ll be using H&G from now on!
