They were extremely reliable. Came when they said they would to give us a quote for back stairs out of basement. The price was great! We needed it completed right away for insurance purposes and they showed up the next day and completed the job, same day. They cleaned up after themselves, left no mess and I think they may have even cleaned up some things my husband left behind on a project! Would DEFINITELY hire again. We needed to replace the deteriorating flooring and railing around our 2nd floor deck, which was over 30 years old. We had no idea who to get, so we looked online and found Hasa Home Improvement LLC, which had very good reviews. We called and got an immediate response, and Igli Hasa gave us a very reasonable quote for the project. Within 3 days, we had our deck repaired/replaced. They showed up at 6:45 a.m. on Tuesday, and the project was completed by the end of that afternoon. When they left you would never know that they were there, as the area was all cleaned up. We are very pleased with the experience from start to finish; Igli's work ethic, promptness, courtesy and friendly personality are exceptional. He did an excellent job for us, and we are very pleased with the results. We would not hesitate to hire Hasa Home Improvement again for any future projects.

Hasa quote was very reasonable. Igli Hasa, the owner, was very friendly and very willing to make adjustments to some of the initial installations. The final project looks good and is good quality. There were several issues but Igli was quick to resolve and improve. Igli is very diligent and flexible and his fees are reasonable.
