    Andrew arrived on time, explained everything; inspected, diagnosed, and replaced defective parts. Definitely recommend this company, they are customer focused.

    Sal L., came out today to do an installation. He was very Professional and explained exactly what needed to be done prior to starting and actually completed the job a little ahead of schedule. The work is outstanding and I will definitely be using Firefly for any additional work I may need done

    We were having problems with our main circuit breaker constantly tripping. We call Firefly electric a technician Philip came out clearly explained the problem and showed the physical problems with the Main Breaker and panel bus bar, he recommended a Panel replacement. The replacement was done quickly and professional we can now run all electrical appliances without fear of tripping the breaker.

    Highly recommend Firefly Electric Service. John came out to look at my service panel and some other electrical work I needed done. He explained everything thoroughly, gave his honest opinion on things and some tips that could save me some money. I also appreciated the quick responses scheduling the appointment from Ali and the communication when the technician was in route. 10/10 would recommend.
