They advised me that my roofing joists were bowed and my roof was a safety hazard- untrue as my brother is a master carpenter, has been on my roof recently and it is still safe. They were hired to remove my old chimney and rebuild it entirely. They tried to sell me their roofing replacement service. The price for the roof was very inflated - I declined. They tried to persuade me by saying they would have to report me to the city because my roof is unsafe. I responded saying my brother will do it for more than 1/3 less than their price. My brother also advised me that they neglected to obtain a permit to reconstruct my chimney as required by law. They completed the job in the dark on my roof until 7 pm at night. I was concerned about their safety and possible damage to my roof that they could do after I declined their roof replacement service. They left a mess of trash, tarps, wood and bricks all over. A few days later some shingles fell off roof peak .

Great experience with this company from start to finish they were so polite and professional they told me what needed doing and how long it would take (French drain system ) they did all the work in the time frame they gave me and made sure to clean the site once finished honestly great bunch of guys

Water had been leaking into my basement for about 2 years I’d tried doing some repairs myself but it didn’t make any difference I had ferndale masonry and waterproofing come out they found the problem and had it fixed three days later and I’m so happy with the work they did I haven’t had any issues since im definitely going to use them again for other projects I have planned for my property

I?ve been having trouble with water getting into my basement for years now this past few weeks I decided enough was enough so I called Ferndale masonry and waterproofing and he did an amazing job on fitting the French drain system. They were polite and very mindful of keeping things nice and clean once the job was finished thank you very much for your help
