Father & Son Landscaping

was looking to hire someone who could do a small job for my front garden, changing out a tree, adding photo carpus some pink miniature roses at the front and a topiary for the front I had already had one existing. Also, I needed some drip tubing for the two topiaries so that they could get watered. After a few delays one being a funeral that he had to attend to in New York, and on the promise of his return, he will install my garden. Then the next was his son getting ill and he was at the hospital and I understand both of these, family comes first however, when the job isnâ t done correctly, he needs to come back and correct that mistake he even commented on how understanding and forgiving I was and patient thatâ s all over with now. He promised to install lighting. I paid $200 for he forgot. So I contacted him and said that he forgot the the lighting. OK Iâ ll be back next week in Sanford. Iâ ll get it done. Itâ s in the back of my car this never happened then I went out and found that the new topiary that was installed was dead. I texted him and he said OK well Iâ ll contact the nursery, when I went out to check, it was the tubing that he had installed was not watering the plants, new topiary was dead. I contacted him again and said itâ s the tubing that was installed. Was not watering the plants Iâ m now worried about my existing topiary dying because of this OK Iâ ll be over tomorrow. This was a normal excuse or a reply from him that never ever happened the same with the lights and now with this topiary I donâ t know if itâ s laziness or just not wanting to respond to an error or an issue that was his fault, I spent over $200 on the lighting and almost $200 on the installation of the new topiary and the drip system. Now after numerous text and phone calls heâ s not responding Iâ m very disappointed because I gave him all the time he needed to get his family issues in order I was patient and understanding and he took advantage of this. I do not recommend this company find someone else.

Small and simple landscaping design at a good price.

Very unprofessional. One worker was excellent, the others were fair but had little guidance. The lead/owner? spent too much time in his truck. He did not do what he was supposed to do and what he did do was a half job attempt. He was good at making excuses on why he couldn't do something and was misleading. He got very mad when reminded of what needed to be done and threw his clip board on the driveway. I would hire one worker back but definitely not the lead/owner or the other two who spent too much time talking. I had to go back and finish the job which I paid $1000+ for about 4 hours worth of work. They only did about 1/3 of the yard. This was an expensive mistake.
