Michael and his teammate did a fantastic job cleaning my bedroom rug. They were polite, respectful and efficient. They were kind and very professional. can not complain about the price either. I will certainly use them again. I highly recommend!!!

We were very pleased with the cleaning that our Persian rugs received from Special Touch Carpet Cleaning. They look bright and beautiful and we can once again feel the luxurious pile. From pick-up to delivery, Michaelâ s service was lovely, prompt, attentive. He and Marc even made sure that our furniture was placed back exactly as we wanted it. They were very kind and professional. Rug cleaning is expensive, but Special Touch does a great job.

Michael was very prompt and professional when he picked up my 5 x 9 carpet to be cleaned at another site. I told him to deliver the cleaned carpet to my daughter's apartment upstairs. I was not there when carpet arrived and my daughter and son-in-law said Michael was very pleasant and moved dining table and chairs and laid the carpet. They are very pleased to have my beautiful, clean rug. Thank you Michael

My dog urine stained couch was revived and did not end up on the curb. I am amazed at the excellent work special touch carpet cleaners did. So many times, I tried to remove the stains my self with store bought products, as well as home Remedies and the stains just got worse. Well a colleague recommended this company because she uses them a lot and is extremely happy with their work. Making the appointment was easy, being they worked around my busy schedule. They came, did an estimate and assured me they would get me to love my couch again. They were absolutely right!! I highly recommend them for their professional work, courteous, efficient and thorough technicians, quality products and very affordable pricing. I am once again able to enjoy my couch without holding my breath from the urine smell, every time I seat on it. They cleaned it so well.

They clean very well, they schedule the time according what accommodates you . I did not even know my carpets was vintage. They have knowledge on that too. Excellent.
