Highly unrecommendable. The worst roofing contractors that I have ever encountered. Elite Construction LBD has completely failed to meet any expectations on all aspects of the flat roof job. Starting with hiring process, I called Dr. Rooffix b/c of the good google reviews and Elite Construction showed up, however the deposit was made to Dr. Coolfix (?!?) in April 2022, seems like they have some innovative financial shuffling processes going on. After the deposit was made the waiting period began and 6 months later after countless emails and calls finally in October they were ready to start the 2 day flat re-roofing job. Of course they failed order wood material that needed to be replaced until I reminded them. They showed up with a large crew of people that rushed the job in 2 days, instead of taking their time. Instead of moving the debris around the house they moved it across the tile roof and damaged additional tiles. I would describe the roofing result as beyond poor. First they did not re-seal the many areas with roof cement, where there was supposed to be cement. Needless to say the new flat roof was leaking a few weeks later. There was not much of clean up going on and Elite Construction left a mess behind, all the gutters were full of construction debris, I collected countless roof nails and other debris out of the yard and drive way for weeks. Highlight of the attempted clean-up was the guy who used an air blower to blow all the toxic tar particles and other debris directly into the pool. At this point I had to intervene and handed him a shop vacuum, however apparently he was not familiar with using shop vacuum and instead of vacuuming the debris out of the patio, he started vacuuming the debris from the pool water surface !!! This is the level of professionalism you will get when hiring Elite Construction. This is not the end of the story, of course Mike was there right after the job was finished in October 2022 to collect the check, but they forgot to submit the roofing building permit application. Mike promised that this should be done quickly in a few weeks. I have filled out the permit application when I made the deposit and hired Elite Construction in April of 2022, however they failed to submit the paperwork back then. Unfortunately, the Lady responsible for Permit Applications did now show much competency in her area and lied straight to my face multiple times regarding the timing and submitting status of the permit application. After another painful 3 months back and forth and $2500 later the permit had been submitted in January of 2023 and was finally approved in May of 2023, thirteen months after I hired Elite Construction LBD LLC. One other detail on the permit application is that I found out they have falsified my signature on official government paperwork. One last aspect of dealing with Elite Construction LBD LLC that I want to highlight is the terrible communication, calling Mike the manager is pointless, he is unresponsive calls go straight to voice mail and he never calls back, he only shows up to collect the check. They have a physical business address listed on their invoice, but when I stopped by at this address there was another business. The owner said that they have been there since over 3 years, and that frequently aggravated people show up searching for the Construction LBD LLC office. The only person that you can get a hold of is Ely but he seems to be responsible for new jobs and quoting, not so much for dealing with ongoing jobs. One fun fact he does not like to go up ladders as a roofing contractor. Overall this was an awful experience and I wish no-one has to go through what I went with hiring these people. And needless to say I had to hire a different roofing contractor to finish the job.

They did a great job at installing the tile in our home. The job looks amazing. Elite Construction is organized, it took them about a week to do the job but they cleaned up pretty well and I am very happy with the results.

5.0 Mike R. Miami, FL

Elite Construction did a great job at repainting my ceilings. I was very happy with their work. They also painted some of the walls in our house a different color that now matches the feel for our home. We enjoyed their work, they are clean and professional.

We had Elite Construction come out and provide us with a fair estimate they weren't the lowest or the highest but we enjoyed the sales person presence. They complete a Vinyl Flooring job at our house my wife loves its. The home looks a lot better now that we have gotten rid of the rugs. Thank you.
