The company is very professional, honest and provides quality service!

This company was originally hired by my insurance company which has a "right to repair" clause in the policy. After I fired the insurance adjuster, I contracted with DTS to continue the dry out after a plumbing problem. The cost was a great deal less than the insurance adjuster quoted and I appreciate DTS charging me a fair price for the dry out even though it was fairly expensive.

Kathy has been great in patiently educating me about mold issues in homes in FL. There were some questionable issues in my home and she did a great job at telling me the steps to manage any problems. She is passionate about her job and seems to be quite good at it, too. I really appreciate the education. I would definitely recommend her company to others.

I received a bid for a water related issue in my home for $1,400.00 by another company. Then, when I spoke with Kathi at DTS, she requested I send a few pictures of the damage. She stated that the price I was quoted would be normal if the quote was for what was needed. When she saw my photos, she could tell that my walls were plaster that mold could not penetrate. Her crew, Doug and Steve were here and were able to clean off the mold around the bases where the damage occured and that was that. I would have spent over $1,000.00 for nothing had I gone with the high bid!

Prompt and courteous. They ensured we understood what they were doing as far as repairs went. Cleaned up all the mess and left the space in great shape. Excellent job!

Kathi was extremely friendly and professional and they arrived when they said they would. The only complaint I had was that there were some spots left that were not there before they came to clean. However, they came out as soon as I was available and fix the problem. So far, they are a lot cleaner than when I have tried to clean them on my own in the past. DTS is very big on customer service and that means a lot these days!

They were prompt, uniformed with a labeled truck and the tech was very nice. He made sure I approved of the work as it went and left me cleaning solution. I was happy with the work and the professionalism of the employee who showed up.

DTS referred us to Joe Odom who did an excellent job. Yes, we will continue to use DTS.

They were very attentive and prompt. Also very honest & forthright, and told us (after confirming, by some spot testing) that our upholstery stains would probably return quickly after cleaning; therefore, they recommended that we not spend the money to have the stains removed. So, two workers came to our house and ended up not charging us a single dollar. A customer-centered attitude like this is hard to find these days, and I would highly recommend this company.
