Nice kid, but he shows up with no ladder. That should have been my first clue. I show him the areas that are the worst and need the most attention. He understood and then began the work. He finished in 3-4 hours and I went out to review the results with him. I pointed out that the gutters had no improvement and were still covered with black mold (and that was a focus area for him). In addition. the siding was still covered with black spots. He said that he would need to get a special cleaner for the gutters and he would call back. No call, no follow-up, nothing. He did cash the check though. If you want your siding and gutters Cleaned call someone else. Or just buy the cleaner at Lowes and spray it on. My favorite part is when he told me the rain would help to clean it better when it rains again. This may be the first negative review I have written, but that was my experience with Drew.

I probably could have done a better job myself! I have to wash a part of it.

With this exact project, we could not take the paint off. So, we talked and agreed upon the same price to Clean the Concrete walkway. On top of that a basic Deck wash. What we noticed on arrival was that the deck had some type of defect. We applied our chemical to eat up any Natural growth that has built up. Thank You!
