They were helpful and even though they didn't have the part I needed for a new grill, they went and got it. $1,320 and they replaced my grill and filter and cleaned 3 air vents that hadn't had a deep cleaning in years. It's working great now!

I've never had my chimney cleaned where they don't clean the glass on the fireplace doors and vacuum up all the particles. The technician was right on time. But he needed to borrow a ladder and an electrical cord to get the job done. He did not seem familiar with the catalytic converter I have. To be fair, my Fireplace Xtrodinaire 36 Elite is out of production. I was still able to purchase the catalytic converter for it. He finally figured out where it was set in the fireplace. The inspection was very thorough.
