I have several rental properties and Rick has been invaluable in providing a variety of repairs and improvements. He's easy to work with, provides good ideas and suggestions, and does the work he's hired to do in a timely way.

I have an octagonal deck which has angles and challenges. Rick replaced rotten planks, spindles, and rails with precision. I also liked his approach of the customer buying the materials and then paying for only the labor. I feel this takes the guesswork out and is most economical.

I had to have partial wallboard and all baseboards replaced and painted after mold removal. Some of the bids I got were over the top expensive and most from companies that wouldn’t bother to come and evaluate in person. Claytons (Rick) did a walk through and the price was fair. We got off to a rocky start (staff issues and illness) but the end result was a beautifully repaired and finished basement. And the basement and garage (used for cutting baseboards and storage) were left thoroughly cleaned.

Expertly painted very conscientious never had to request a touchup, but he came back to touch up areas. I had not noticed he cleaned up after himself each day wanted to hire him as a cleaning person. He was so thorough. I never had such a great job on any painting project before would highly recommend to anyone who wanted perfection because thatâ s what he offered and thatâ s what I got perfection thank you
