Best Option is AWESOME! We needed some mold/water intrusion checked out and repaired for our buyers and these guys came out quick, gave us a very reasonable estimate, and also had the work done incredibly quickly.

After our water heater broke and flooded our basement, I called BOR to come help. They arrived within an hour and immediately got to work extracting water and moving stuff out of the way so that it didn't get damaged. They knew exactly what to do and very quickly got the situation under control and told us what the next steps were. We didn't end up filing a claim with our insurance, but they offered to deal with the adjuster if we needed to. All this was happening during the "storm of '24", but even 2' of snow didn't prevent them from helping us! Thanks to their quick action and knowledge, what seemed like a major catastrophe was remediated and our lives back to normal within 48 hours.

After interview many restoration companies, BOR was the definite leader in price and "restore-time". These people "listened" to me and were genuinely helpful in dealing with my considerations. Removed a "leaky" skylight Repaired the roof where the skylight was taken out Performed mold-mitigation in a no-nonsense manner Repaired ceiling timely (2-days, waiting for ceiling plaster to dry) Painted ceiling after repair. Kareem was such a joy to work with from start to finish. He was easy to talk to and explained the process after experiencing a flooded basement. I felt like I was working with a friend instead of a contractor. He was very accommodating and went beyond the call of duty. Cindy at the office was very helpful as well and contacted the insurance for me numerous times to get the ball rolling on my claim.
