I requested a HVAC tech come out to my home as my AC was not working properly. The tech recommended that I get a new AC. He told me he would have his sales rep come out to talk to me about the options I would have as far as replacing it. Their sales rep showed up. His name is Jimmy, and he told me all these great things about Bardi and their products. We came to an agreement of my buying a cheap HVAC system as I was trying to save money. It would cost me 12,000 dollars for the system. The next day April 5th, 2025 their install tech came out and installed the equipment. I was at work at the time, but I had a family member there. I returned home to find out the lower level of my home was not being cooled, and they had left part of my old HVAC system connected to the new system. It was a burnt up disconnect that should have been replaced and was a major part of what was wrong with my old system. Also they used a panel cover from my old system instead of new. I asked Jimmy to come and pick up the equipment which it states I have three days to reject the equipment in the contract. He expressed that I couldn't reject the equipment after it was installed. They had a tech come out the next day April 6, 2025 to fix the downstairs not working, and he fixed it. The next day it happened to be cold outside so I turned on the heat. No heat was coming out of the vents just cool air and the fan unit was running extremely loud outside. It was so loud it sounded like the fan unit was in my room on the second floor, so I turned it off. When I did turn off the fan unit made a horrible exploding noise. Once again I called Bardi and asked them to come get their HVAC system, they refused. Crystal the customer care rep is who I spoke with. She scheduled another repair tech to come out on April 12th to look at the HVAC system. I waited the entire day and no one showed up. I finally called and the receptionist told me it was their employee appreciation day no one would be coming. Monday I received a call from Crystal their customer care rep stating she text me and told me no one would be coming, but I never received that text. She scheduled another appointment for Easter Sunday. I stayed home Easter Sunday instead of going to church, and no one showed up again. I've stated each and every time I've spoken with someone from Bardi that I don't want to do business with them but they are basically trying to force me to keep their equipment at this point. This is by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had. These people are trying to rip their customers off basically. This should be illegal. I've reach out to get a lawyer to force them to remove their equipment from my home. Stay away from these people at all cost.

Everything started off very good. They came out. The next day. Gave me an estimate gave me what appears to be a good warranty, then the problem started. I did not get the 5 inch filter that I was told I’d be getting the system that they sold me a stage two my house is not compatible to use this system . I was told there is no special financing on the unit then after I bought the unit and paid cash for it I found out they were offering and are offering 0% until 2026 with no payments till 2026. I spoke with what was told to me as a manager from Bart Danny Oliver he told me he would assist me. Unfortunately he has done absolutely I’ve attempted to And call him and email him and he has not responded in multiple days after he told me he would. I can honestly say I regret it. I will never do business with them again nor will I refer people to do business with them. Highly recommend going somewhere else do not do business with this company. then i called them 2 days later to come work on my mini split. the rep that came out looked at the unit and said it needs to be replaced cause its over 10 years old. i explained its 2 years old and even has a date on it showing 2 years. he said he recommends me call a comfort specialist. then i called and got a new rep out there and he fixed everything no problem. was super nice. then he gave me the bill for $1200 dollars, without ever telling me how much anything was going to be to replace. i regret using this company. They finally sent someone out who knows what he is doing which is good. He said they never even hooked up the unit correctly. The company has refused to do anything or assist with anything. I regret this company and wish i never called them. I highly recommend not using them. Do your research first, DO NOT USE BARDI

Bardi left us without A/C for almost a week during a heatwave because they couldn't figure out the problem, and then they charged us $2k in labor alone for work they couldn't get right. If you go with Bardi, you'll be chronically overcharged for poor work and worse customer service.

Vincent was very professional and made sure that I was given the correct information to benefit me. Not many technicians show their concern. He is a great asset to Bardi

    Response from Company:

Thank you for your kind words about Vincent and Bardi. We love our technicians. Please call us if you have any further needs for plumbing or heating and cooling.

service quoted $1800. Paid in two installments of $900 before work, $900 upon completion. Bardi used my account number to charge my account THREE times. therefore deducting $2700 not $1800. Accounting refused to call me back for two days. when a supervisor finally called, he hung up on me saying I was being difficult. they refused to reverse the charge. I am currently waiting for a "check that's in the mail". also the plumber stole something from my house. get anyone else besides them.

Bardi came into our home and fixed a sewage line, but accidentally put an angled clean-out in backwards. The result was that sewage flooded our home a week before Christmas. The next 2 weeks (during the holidays) was a dragged out nightmare of trying to get in contact with anyone, being put off to other people, and Bardi flopping back and forth on whether or not they were going to do anything to make it right. After threatening legal action, they finally filed with their insurance and it took us until February to be able to move back into our home. I genuinely believe if we had not recorded every phone call we would have been left hanging to dry, as that was their game plan until we informed them of the recorded phone calls. They do poor work, they are dishonest, they do not deserve your business. Please go with anyone else.
