Greg at Audio Video Installs recently set up a wired exterior security camera system for me. He ran the cables, mounted the cameras, and made sure the system worked for me. Doing this in a 100-year-old house was very challenging, but he definitely had the skills and experience to do the job. From every point of view, the project went smoothly, and the result is great. I've hired other contractors, and I'd say Greg was different in two ways: (1) While the others said they do custom work, Greg really does. My concerns immediately became his. There were plenty of decisions to make, and we made them together. (2) Greg is deeply concerned with customer satisfaction. Strong recommendation.

The project was to build a in-Wall media cabinet and conceal all equipments inside the cabinet with wiring. Greg was very innovative, highly knowledgeable in media field. He came up with a fantastic design and executed it well. The media cabinet was completed in a short period. The cabinet turned out to be great and exceeded my expectations. I hired Greg to hang a 48" TV and a set of outdoor speakers (with amp) to the inside of my patio roof. I received estimates from two different companies and Greg's quote was literally 1/4 the price of the other company. He's very friendly and punctual, as well as extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He takes a lot of pride in his work and his attention to detail reflects that. He doesn't cut corners and stayed until the job was done the right way. The effort he put in on my project was as if he was working on his own house. The end result is outstanding and I really couldn't be happier. The only reason I gave Greg five stars is because I couldn't give him more. Highly recommended!

Greg was fantastic. He was responsive, professional, and provided insight. He mounted my TV and added the soundbar to it with a custom system that looks awesome. Will use him again for any other audio or visual projects in the house and highly recommend him to others.
