Reviews
Write a ReviewFor starters = I am a active Georgia licensed Contractor insured for 23 years now. Job was to replaced soft decking, flashing and replace siding where needed on the chimney where leaking and decking wet/soft, replace soft decking around vent pipe new boot. At $!00. an hour I expect .Professional job. After he left I found one nail per piece of siding in 3 places ,bad angle cuts ,he split 2 pieces of siding did NOT tell me or replace ,2 inch gap for bugs and squirrels to get in, still have shingles lifted up not sure about them , did not paint or calk ,replaced siding but damaged. I agreed to price of $500 480 in materials but want what I paid for used 3 bundles not 6 ,10 pieces of 8x8 step flashing and 2ft of 8inch galivanted flashing ,12 ft of left over rolled roofing some other job, one piece of !/2osb,one roof boot. I have asked for a reaccept. No break down on materials. I had to get up there calk, nail , paint. Still need to find someone i trust to fix it correctly. Atlanta Construction Ventures, LLC. offered to send Mario back out after what I found NO. This is not how you run a Construction company. PAID CASH.:( OH YA 3 year warranty for this really ?
Great and easy to work with.
