In fifty years of having service people in our home, we have never worked with anyone so irresponsible, inconsiderate, and disrespectful as Jon Todd. His word never meant anything. He would say he would contact us at a certain time and never follow through. We started our den project with him in early October. We are not permanent residents in Florida, so we understood the project would not be complete by the time we left in November. We communicated by text only, he would never call, with promise of finishing the job in two days when we returned , December 8th., with definite dates on the calendar. When those dates came and went my husband and I decided we were done with him. After trying to get the parts from our unit back with no avail we gave up on him. I strongly would never recommend him to anyone. I will tell you save yourself a lot of stress and aggravation and NEVER use him. He sells great bill of goods but does not deliver. He is good at throwing blame on the customer for making changes on the project, but never takes responsibility for his inability to complete the job in a timely manner.

Jon Todd was so gracious, we were unable to complete the repair job due to the insurance Company already covering a new piece of furniture. But all through the process of preparing to do an estimate, contacting the interior decorated, going to the site for the inspection of the damaged table, he was always on time. He called us to keep us up-to-date of his progress, he was so very professional!

He was prompt and very knowledgeable. Went the extra step to make the recliner repair. He was friendly and cheerful. Provided information an a demonstration of how to making moving the recliner sofa and love seat easier by removing the backs. Very please with his work.
