Wow amazing service, communication, knowledge and results. It's just that simple Joe was the best plumbing technician I have had in this house in more than 30 years. The technology to locate the problem and clear it up before dinner. Zoom Drain is now my first and last call when I have any water issues. Thanks folks.

Joe was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was in our driveway less than 2 hours after we called, even though it was a holiday weekend. He quickly cleared the drain, talked us through what he was doing, and showed/explained what the camera showed. He also gave us pointers to help prevent it from happening again. I highly recommend Zoom Drain! Thanks Joe!

Zoom was great. Had a unique problem and they came with most reasonable approach and pricing structure. Even scheduled for a Saturday as I was traveling all week and could not meet. Their tech, Joe, was super friendly and helpful as well. I’ll be using Zoom going forward.
