Alex and another technician arrived on time, put on their shoe covers and immediately went to work. The problem was diagnosed as a dry trap in our drain pipe which had caused the loud sound that we had been hearing from the last two weeks. They explained why it had happened and what we needed to do to prevent it. They were very professional and polite. I will definitely use their services if I have a need in the future.

Working with scheduling was amazing. They were so flexible and great with communication. It took longer to figure out my job because of the house layout but because of their flat fee service I was not stressed that it would cost me more. I appreciated their professionalism and trouble shooting and that they kept me well informed as they worked through the problem

He overcharged me for a service that is not worth $500, used pressurize air to clean the drain and he said it was clean but it was not.
