Rigo, the owner, arrived as expected and began work. He found that the plumber who installed the faucet to be replaced did so incorrectly, and because of that we had damage under the sink. Rigo came back the next day with a helper, and they were able to install the new faucet. Despite it being more work that any of us expected, he stuck to his original price. Great job, and nice people. I would use him again for similar work.

I had a leaking sprinkler as well as a suddenly non-functioning control panel. The issues were taken care of efficiently, promptly and for a reasonable price.

Paid him. Didn?t fix all the sprinklers. To his defense, I had to leave and he couldn?t do a final test but was testing them throughout the process. Sprinklers stopped working soon after. Moved one of my sprinkler stations to cover his work so now I have other sprinklers that don?t work. Keeps rescheduling our appointments to come back and fix the work. Grass seed he laid isn?t working. Grass has not grown and sprinklers not working.
