Write a Review2 months after completion the sealant is already starting to peel away. I have tried to reach the owner by a text, phone and email with no response. I may have to hire another company to come in and re do it since the owner will not respond.
Scott was always easy to communicate with, even with some of the last minute changes/rescheduling due to an issue I had underneath the concrete. Pricing was very reasonable. Crew showed up on time and worked diligently. 10/10 experience & would recommend to everyone needing concrete floors resurfaced, stained, with an epoxy topcoat.
They finished our garage floor. It looks great! The crew was extremely professional and the job was completed in a very timely manner. We are considering using them again next year for the basement floor.

The experience leading up to the work was pretty positive. I asked several questions in advance and I was able to get quick responses back. The work went fairly well with two exceptions. There was an area that was part of the quote under a ledge area in the garage which was left undone. I did take a picture and sent it to the owner who responded that it would be corrected on Monday. It is about 30 days later now and I am still awaiting this correction and I am having my doubts that it will happen. It is in an out of the way area that I did not see until after they left. If not for the area left undone, I would have rated work quality higher. My issue is the workers knew they didn't do this area and said nothing. I don't hold that against the owner, but the owner has to make that right at some point. The dust collection system did not work that well and a month later I am still cleaning up dust from various areas of the garage. I took a few pictures and video while they were working and at one point, I could barely see the workers due to the amount of dust in the air. That may just be an incorrect expectation on my part, but I had to wash my garage door exterior twice because the dust was so thick on it. It was up near the ceiling while the work was going on so that gives you an idea how much dust went up in the air. Customer service (while responsive throughout) took a hit on the back end. Initially I was told that someone would come out on Monday to correct the missed spot. I asked for my receipt and a copy of the warranty coverage right after the work was done. It took about 30 days and multiple requests to get that. It seems they got very busy so I understand it taking some time to get someone out to fix the missed spot but not for paperwork. If someone asked me for a reference I would say, "just be sure to get your receipt and warranty information upon job completion and check the entire area very well before accepting the work as complete".
