    Unfortunately, I would have loved to give Jon a positive review, however, I can not. We hired him to do some work in our backyard in April 2021. He came out in August 2021 to do the job. We have large brick paver patio that needed steps repaired (reset and glued down) as well as the side of the patio that was sinking. Our bottom steps were crumbling at the time and were going to be replaced. He said he was not able to get the pavers in time and would get them in the next week and replace them. Fast forward to now June 2022, and all the stairs that he reset and glued are all lost and falling off (mind you we had other pavers done the year prior by someone else and they are still holding strong). I nearly fell off the patio holding my child as I thought they were fixed. The crumbling pavers he moved to the side of the patio that was sinking, were never fixed. Any time we have called him he says he is working on getting them. He has come back 2 x to glue the steps back down but by the next day, they are lost. Honestly, I wish I could write a good review. He WAS responsive in the beginning and seemed like he wanted the job. But here we are, out of the money for the job and now have to hire someone else to fix/complete the job.

    Hello , vary sorry you feel that way. We were hired to fix the slope on the side of the patio and reset the steps. Also to put rocks around the Jacuzzi on the other side of the patio. I explained I believe it was your husband that they no longer make that cap for the brick . I call around for 3 weeks trying to find The cap and no one has it. You were never charged for any of the cap. I found some and when I spoke to your husband I told him if it's the right cap the yard said I could have it for free and I wouldn't even charge him for it because I was not getting charge. This there was miscommunication somewhere. If there is something we can

    Can I get your address. Don't know why you were kept in the dark. Will get in touch with the lawn supervisor. Sorry, we did not call you when it was raining and we did not cut that week Bc your backyard was underwater.
