Review: Horrible service and customer service. We hired this team to clean only 3 rooms since we needed to stage these rooms. These are the pictures of what the rooms looked like after they had cleaned it. When I tried calling them back and trying to see if they can come back to try to work on the high traffic area I was so surprised how the team member who told me he was the owner talked like he didnt care. We had to hire a local carpet cleaner who did a much better job. I was so disappointed with this service. I usually do my homework before hiring someone but in this case, I trusted Angis website to hire this team. I will NOT be using Angis site in the future.

I had a kids party at my house, one the kids got sick on my brand new rug, I called them and they came over on a Sunday to take care of it! Save my life! And my nose because the smell was not pleasant! Thank you Royal Carpet! You guys are my heroes!!

Professional services all around. I was in a desperate need of carpet cleaning services and their prompt response was much appreciated. I called around on Yelp to get over the price and rude services from other vendor over the phone but i must say Royal carpet care saved the day. I highly recommend trying this business out and see for yourself the gold standard of treatment you will recieve from the cleaning, the customer service, the reasonable prices, the experience, and professionalism. They hands down did not let me down and i will use them again in the future.

Your Royal Carpet, was very thorough with the cleaning process. Super knowledgeable in their field of work and explain in detail why carpets and upholstery cleaning is essential for your health. I use to clean my upholstery and furniture once or twice a year but physically seeing the dirt come off my furniture made me realize that I should get a deep cleaning at a minimum every quarter.

I used to hire Stanley Steemer once a year to clean my carpets and area rugs. However, they were busy and couldn't service me on the day I needed due to family coming over to visit from out of town. I found Your Royal Carpet care on yelp they are five stars. They have hundreds of reviews so I gave them a shot, their work was amazing. They are so professional and nice and explain everything thoroughly great work I would highly recommend them.

Very good truck mount carpets looked like new after service
