Surprised they are still in business with the absolute failure of our window order, installation, and follow up. A 2-day window installation took over a year to complete. And that isn't even speaking to the lies, excuses, and lack of communication from them. We have a stack of printed emails, text messages, and documented phone calls detailing every lie, waiting weeks for updates and having to contact them, telling us windows/doors were ordered when they were not, being told our replacement window sash would be delivered in August and not hearing from anyone until November, receiving the wrong window sash, reordering it and waiting yet again for the correct item to be sent by Champion Windows. And, for the stress and aggravation, they offered us two $200 gift cards but only if I signed away our right to leave honest negative reviews. Would NEVER recommend them. In fact, I will steer everyone away from them.

The master bathroom shower looks so great like in a hotel! Iâ m very impressed with your professional finish with the bottom borderâ ¦ The guest bathroom bathtub and shower are awesome and neat! The bottom border is very nice! Give Stan in Portland big compliments for professional job as well as cleaning and taking everything trash/demolition with him each day. Iâ m pleased and happy camper.

The shower is beautiful, installed ahead of schedule. The workers were very polite and professional. Stan was very careful and thoughtful with moving the equipment and product through the house. We are delighted and do not hesitate to recommend them.

Ben was my rep and he explained the company, windows, and process of how everything works very well. There were really no surprises and the entire process went smoothly. He even came back after install to check on them with me and answered all of my questions. Great experience!
