    The tech showed up without a mask and I believe he was an anti-vaxxer. Plus, the carpets did not dry out for 2 days!

    Hey Joe, FYI the tech did not show up without a mask all vehicles are supplied with 100 masks and gloves! all personnel is told to wear it even though it is not mandated by the state of new jersey! he just forgot to put it on before knocking on your door then you ask him and he put it on and he before entering to do the job !!!!!!!!!!!! by the way, he is vaccinated. stop judging a person trying! without you knowing about that person! In other words, do not judge a book by its cover! anti-vaxxer shame on you joe! you also said carpets were wet for 2 days reason being the heat and humidity were at 97% that day! you were told to ventilate by using your ac and fans.... no complaints on the carpet cleaning !!!!!!!!! job well done !!!!! thank you, frank Bustillo, owner.

    The contact person did not follow through with calls. I did not know when to expect work to be done as he did not let me know. The man who actually did the work did a nice job.

    They did an excellent job. The only thing was it took three days for the carpet to dry. Frank and Frank almost got out a really tough stain but let me know that they would not be able to get it out, but it looks much better and you don't see it unless you are looking for it. Over all great price and service. I would use them again and will recommend them to friends.
