Aaron was wonderful. Did a great job. We just purchased the house and we had all the carpets cleaned before moving in. Gave the home a fresh, clean look and smell. Frank, the owner, was responsive and his price was very reasonable. Plan on using them again.

The results were not very good. Dirt in high traffic areas did not come off my light-colored carpet.

IT WOULD OF BEEN NICE OF YOU TO REACH OUT TO MYSELF TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION I WOULD OF CAME OUT TO YOUR HOUSE AND RECLEANED THE AREA AND IF YOU WERE NOT SATISFIED YOU WOULD HAVE BEEN REFUNDED EVEN THOUGH WORN OUT IS WORN OUT! I TALKED WITH MY TECHNICIAN AND HE SAID THE HIGH TRAFFIC AREAS WERE WORN AND HE GAVE THEM A DEEP CLEANING! Aaron was great. Very friendly, professional and polite. For those worried about covid he wore his mask the whole time. My rugs were very dirty I also have dogs. When the job was completed the rugs were clean and smelled fresh. I would recommend this company.

Aaron was right on time, masked, but you could tell he was smiling when he introduced himself. He explained the process and most important, what to expect afterwards. It had rained earlier in the day and the air was damp. Aaron said to expect at least a 24 hour dry time, most likely a bit more. I appreciated my expectation being set from the beginning. I chose Xtreme because of their rotary cleaner and the "real" deep clean with hot water. Surface "dry" cleaning has never worked for me and didn't get the deep down dirt. I was not disappointed. The carpet was noticeably brighter and definitely "fluffed up". No surprise on the bill - it was exactly as quoted. No extras, no hard sell for services I didn't want, and no "Oh, this is more carpet than you told us" nonsense. There was a slightly perfumed odor afterwards. Not unpleasant and it dissapated after a few days. (most likely in sync with drying). I don't know of a carpet cleaner fluid that doesn't have some kind of smell, so this wasn't a big deal. It was not overbearing! Overall an A+ experience. I recommend the Xtreme process and Aaron as the one to deliver it!

Aaron arrived on time, he wore a mask while he was in my home, very respectful. He takes his job very serious and did not rush cleaning the carpets, they looked great and smelled good. It was well worth the price and experience.
