Xtreme called my house while I was still filling out the computer questions. Set a date sooner than I expected with a holiday around the corner told him no hurry. he told me he would do it two days later. he called the night before said he would arrive between 12 and 2 pm. Great I stayed home from work and waited, called at 2:15 ...are you lost? on his machine, he returned call said he was going long on this job and an hour away. wouldn't be there until 4:30. he got here, after I had to leave. after being late, e did a terrific job. My old stained carpets look great. I will have him back but ask for the first appointment of the day.

UNFORTUNATELY WE CAN NOT CONTROL ROADWAY ACCIDENTS OR DELAYS.FOR THE INCONVEINANCE I CLEANED HER HALLWAY AND MOM'S LIFT CHAIR AT NO CHARGE.I AM GLAD SHE WAS HAPPY THAT I DID A GREAT JOB ON HER CARPETS THAT'S WHAT XTREME CLEAN IS ALL ABOUT.

We were told the couch would be dry in 24 hours. It was still very wet then and could not be sat on as a result. Additionally, we arranged a 1:00 PM cleaning time. The day before, someone called and told us they would be there between 8:00-10:00 AM. When we indicated we were given a time of 1:00 PM, they said OK that they'd be there after 1:00 PM.

WHEN I ARRIVED AFTER 1:00PM AS SCHEDULED WHEN WALKING INTO APARTMENT I SMELLED THIS FOUL ODOR AND THEY SAID IT WAS FROM THE LARGE DOGS THEY HAD AND THE ODOR WAS FROM FECES NOT ONLY ON THE SOFA!!! SO I TOLD THEM IT WOULD BE A 3 STEP PROCESS(1) I HAD TO TREAT IT WITH ENZYMES WET TO BREAK DOWN THE FECES AND ODOR(2)SCRUB + WET EXTRACT(3)REAPLY ENZYMES AND HEAVY DUTY DEODORIZER WHICH IS A WET PROCESS.IT WAS A COLD DAY AND THERE WAS NO HEAT ON BECAUSE THEY WERE MOVING. WITHOUT HEAT OR VENTILATION IT WOULD TAKE LONGER TO DRY !!!!!!!I ADVISED THEM TO PUT THE HEAT UP AND USE A FAN.THIS WAS AN EXTREMELY UNHEALTHY SITUATION FOR ALL INVOLVED!!!!!

The rugs were actually very well done. Clean, stains removed and smelling fresh. We did have a mishap with the plumbing that did not appear to be the workers' fault. However, the price was changed. I had written down the price while on the phone but he stated that he had written down a higher price. I did not want to quibble about the price. Not sure if I would use them again.

WE ARE THE MOST REPUTABLE AND REASONABLE CARPET CLEANING COMPANY IN THE TRI STATE AREA AND THE ONLY COMPANY THAT WILL NOT UPSELL. FROM HER COMMENT WE ALSO DO A GREAT JOB WITH SUPERIOR RESULTS. WHEN I FIRST WALKED INTO HER HOUSE SHE HAD MENTION ABOUT THE PRICE BEING $100.00 I TOLD HER I WILL CHECK MY RECORDS AND BOTH BOOKS INDICATED $125.00 I WENT BACK INTO THE HOUSE AND TOLD HER AND SHE SAID OK.SO I PROCEEDED TO DO THE JOB.AS FAR AS THE PLUMBING MISHAP I TURNED THE HOT WATER ON AND IT WOULD NOT SHUT ALL THE WAY SO I TOLD HER THAT IT PROBABLY NEEDED A WASHER.NOTE:CLIENTS ARE GIVIN THE CHOICE BETWEEN 3 CONTRACTORS SHE MAY HAVE MIS UNDERSTOOD.
