Frank was very personable. He arrived on time. He and his helper worked fast and did a fine job. High traffic area in one room was heavily soiled. It's amazing they were able to get it clean. All my carpet looks beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone.

What an excellent company! I would recommend them to anyone. Frank came early with his assistant, did a thorough and professional job, and did not try to "add on" services (a problem with most carpet cleaners). The carpet has taken a beating over the last four months, and he brought out the original beauty of it.

Frank was terrific! He came a bit earlier than he projected and he and his helper jumped right on the carpet cleaning. My carpet looks terrific and didn't take a long time to dry; and trust me, he had a really dirty carpet to clean. They were neat and made sure that there were carpet protectors under each piece of furniture. Never again will we rent a Rug Doctor on our carpets.

They arrived on time, finished on time, used nonhazardous, nonodiferous chemicals (I have cats), were friendly, thorough and got the carpets clean, except for one permanent stain that got much lighter. Which they pointed out to me or I wouldn't have noticed. Only forgot to put protector pads under one table.
