The owner got back to me quickly about this job. We set up a time with a three hour window. At that, the technician was forty five minutes late. He was very personable. He was here to clean two sets of steps. One set was just dirty, the other had two stains. I pointed them out, very easy to see. When the carpet dried, realized he totally missed the one. To my surprise and the worst part, is that the filthy water and debris was dumped at the end of my driveway. He should have had a way to clean that up. I was forced to do as we try to keep things looking nice. Whereas the price was decent, I would have preferred to pay a bit more and be pleased with the outcome.

I AM THE OWNER AND ONLY ONE TO THAT TAKES CALLS FOR 17 YEARS AND I GIVE A 2 HOUR WINDOW. WE TRY OUR BEST TO MAINTAIN THAT WINDOW SOMETIMES IT HAPPENS!!!! WE ARE CARPET CLEANERS NOT INSTALLERS!!!!!!!! WE TREAT ALL STAINS AT NO EXTRA CHARGE AND DEEP CLEAN! SOMETIMES CARPETS ARE WORN OUT AND NEED TO BE REPLACED. ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS TO MAKE A CALL AND LET ME KNOW IF YOUR NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AND I WOULD HANDLE IT INSTEAD OF HIDING BEHIND A COMPUTER!!!!!!!!!! 100% GUAREENTEE!!!! A WISE MAN ONCE TOLD ME SON IF YOU DON'T HAVE NOTHING NICE TO SAY ABOUT SOMEONE SAY NOTHING AT ALL. THANK YOU, DAD REST IN PEACE!

Excellent experience. He called, made appointment, showed up on time. Did excellent job on 25+ year old wall to wall carpet. So, 2 year old carpet on another floor came out even better. Reasonably priced. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

Frank was very professional and responded immediately to my request. His price was fair and his satisfaction guarantee sealed the deal. Aaron was great. He is a dedicated worker and a really good person. He does the job right down to the small details (like edging). I didn't know we should have vacuumed thoroughly before the cleaning but it all worked out.
