Frank is perfect gentleman with an excellent work ethics. He gave me right advice and advised me not to get my couch cleaned because of the unknown fabric quality. He did not even charged me anything. I wanted to give his gas money but he refused. I highly recommend him. He is very knowledgeable and courteous.

I would have liked to see more detail around the baseboards because the carpets came mostly clean but there was a dark line around the baseboards where the machine did not reach well. Some stains came back quickly, which may have happened with any cleaner, and he did caution me that it might happen.
