I appreciated that the owner uses a portable machine so I did not have a truck-mounted tangle of hoses requiring the front door to stay open fro a couple of hours while he cleaned. I was concerned about water spots/ drips on my wood floors, however, but the owner was willing to mop up.

Frank was able to come out the next day, showed up on time, was very personable & knowledgeable. He made our 16 year old rugs look 100 xs better. We tried deep cleaning them ourselves a year ago & barely made a dent in the appearance & smell. He came in for a couple hours & Bam! Stains are gone (some bad ones are so much lighter), the house doesn't smell like our pets & our steps look like new! We couldn't be happier... I highly recommend. Money well spent!

Overall, excellent service by this company. They showed up at the tail end of the 3-hour window they promised, and did not call to say they were on their way. For that reason, I did not rate them 5 stars for customer service. However, once they arrived, the two-man crew was efficient and polite and did a terrific job cleaning the carpets in the family room and living room. These old carpets (31 and 22 years, respectively) look almost like new!

Job was done in a timely fashion. Frank showed up on time, got the job done in the prescribed time and handled all in a professional manner. Very satisfied with how clean our dirty carpets turned out. Will certainly hire Xtreme Clean again.
