Thank You! Thank You! Thank You! My husband and I was so pleased with the service. First, Frank called us to schedule an appointment. His customer service was so refreshing. On the day of cleaning Aaron came to do the cleaning. He was on time for the service. He had impeccable customer service. He was very professional. He encouraged us to take pictures before the cleaning. We are so glad we did that because no one would have believed us of the great transformation. My carpets are Super Duper clean. Then Frank followed up with an after call. We were so impressed with this company. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Xtreme Clean. Again, thank you.

Great service. He got rid of stains I thought were never coming out.

We hired this company to do our living room, dining room, 2 sets of stairs, one bedroom, one hallway, and one family room. At our first conversation, we said we wanted to have all the carpets *Scotchguarded*. The owner said he would not use it in his house. We told him we wanted it because of our past positive experience in keeping the carpets clean. On the day of the cleaning, we again reminded Frank to be sure to Scotchguard the carpets. Again Frank said he would not do it to his carpets but if we wanted it he would do it! Franks son went to the van and came back with a sprayer and began to spray a liquid on the carpets. After paying Frank and waiting several hours for the carpets to dry, we checked it for Scotchguard, water went right through the carpet. We checked the invoice and found that they spread a *protectant* on the carpets not the Scotchguard we had agreed on! We called Frank, he said he *never uses Scotchguard*, but never in any of our conversations with him were we told that! At that point, we asked him to send us a check for the charge on the invoice for the protectant. He said he would... After 4 weeks we are yet to see his reimbursement! Also, we have been told by our local carpet cleaners that if stains reappear, they were never cleaned in the first place! Well, those old stains reappeared within days of this *cleaning* We are extremely disappointed in this company. We are asking both Xtreme Clean and Home Advisor for a full refund of the amount paid...$375.00

Aaron was very thorough and took his time to explain the cleaning process, asking about anything I needed him to focus on. My rugs came up spotless with all spots removed from my pale beige carp-carpet. I highly recommend them.
