Bruno and his team were so easy to work with. They built us a beautiful deck and the whole experience was extremely smooth. They are especially strong communicators with quick responses - we always knew the status of the project and all of his team were very courteous. Would highly recommend! Bruno was very polite

Bruno will take your money and then do nothing for months. He will not apply for permits, and he will tell you your town/city is the problem. He will blame every delay or broken promise on circumstances outside of his own control. During that time, he will use your money to finish his other projects or (probably) pay his other bills. If you ask for your money back, he will tell you he has bought materials but never provide any proof. If you call Bruno out for his poor performance, he will gaslight you and again blame everyone but himself, including you. I decided to work with Bruno despite a few bad reviews. I figured everyone makes mistakes. But when Bruno makes them, he will not make them right. The only reason I have not pursued a lawsuit against him is that lawyers cost money and Bruno has a history of not paying the settlements against him. Maybe Bruno has improved his business practices in the year since we last interacted, but I wouldn't bet on it. Neither should you.

We contracted Bruno twice and had very different experiences in each case. The first time, for a $10K exterior stair replacement and small decking job, Bruno was very responsive and completed the work well in a reasonable timeframe. He is always cordial when we speak, in person and over the phone. Unfortunately, the second job was never even started. We paid Bruno $4k as a down payment for installing a new door and frame on my mother's home, which was supposed to take 2 days and we all agreed it was urgent for the safety of my mother's home. Twice the job was scheduled and then Bruno and his team never showed up; countless other times he has told me verbally and by text message that he would "get back to me in a day or two to schedule this" and he never followed up. This stretched on for over 3 months. We asked for the money back repeatedly and he said he would refund if he couldn't get the job done, but over the next weeks nothing happened on the job. Finally Bruno did respond quickly when we posted online reviews outlining the situation, and started steps for legal action. He immediately refunded us in full the outstanding $4k, apologized, and offered to do extra work as compensation. As I said, he is always cordial and says he cares about his business and customers. For us, the risk of losing a large amount of money and having a safety issue unattended is too great. Overall we were disappointed, but glad that the issue finally got resolved, and we did see that Bruno does good work when he does it.

They did an awesome job. The workers also have a really good work ethics and thatâ s great. When you think about their work, think about quality and reasonable price combined. Perfect!
