My floors look beautiful! I had carpet removed from 1 room and hardwood floors refinished in 4 rooms. The staff was professional, helpful, friendly and completed work in the given time frame. They showed me options for stain on the floors and gave advice for taking care of the floors. I would definitely recommend them.

I had them refinish my kitchen hardwood floors that two chocolate labs had badly scratched over the past 10 years. The floors came out gorgeous and matched the remaining hardwood floors in my home. They are genuinely the best!

Do not hesitate to call this company. They had excellent follow up, gave a very fair quote, and did a superior job on my flooring. I immediately had confidence in their ability to obtain my desired outcome. It was very helpful how they sanded 4 different large areas for me to see my options before we started. In addition, I loved their dust free system- I really did have MUCH less dust than expected. They took their time on getting the floor level and on sanding all the old finish off meticulously. They were courteous and respectful to have in my home. Mike gave very good advice on how to care for the floor.

I recently hired this firm to refinish hardwood floors in my home. They did a wonderful job and the finished product is beautiful. They kept me informed on all steps during the process. They were very professional and timely with services. Everything was well cleaned from the work and there was no dust in house from the sanding. Workers were very friendly and did some repairs of damaged stairs where they could. Price was very reasonable for the work completed. Highly recommended.

There were a few problems during the work but the company resolved the issues to my satisfaction. The floors look amazing. I would definitely use Wood Floor Designs, Inc in the future.
