Jorge is a guy who will promise you to do professional job! We hired him to work on our floor. He did a good job on that, but really failed to do the other work he claimed he could do (engineered wood floor). He left without saying that he would come back to fix anything. We were left with stain on our walls, new carpet, baseboard, doors, and front entry way. We gave him a chance to fix his work, but we were not happy with the results. He damaged the flooring more than he **fixed** it, but said that it just needed 6 more hours for it to be perfect. We refused his additional service and now hes attempting to charge us for work that was done incorrectly. We assessed his job with 2 different companies. Both of them are not able to fix our floor anymore. We are forced to replace the wood floor.

This person does not mention that his husband ruined the wood flooring ....................by stepping on it. the floor was completed half of the living room and all we needed was 6 hrs to complete the job; it took time to dry, But I cannot control the weather!! Rained and it was very cold at night. Told the customer but she yelled at me "which I cannot understand why you would yell at service tech that has been at your home for 3 days, and canceled the check on us? And know you are refusing to pay us for the job that you kicked us out of your home. We did not nor would we ever walk out from a job. Called customer said she is getting new floor but again refuses to pay us, We were t66 hrs away from finishing her entire flooring and guaranteeing it. The customer is not paying for the work done.

Total unprofessional, terrible and sloppy work.

We are sorry that you thought we were sloppy on the job, we offered to plastic the walls .But you mentioned to us that your painters were going to paint the walls after we we polished your floor . we took your complain to arbitration and won the decision that we ruined your floor.

George was really great to with, he was easy to communicate with and schedule. Followed thru on each item discussed, attention to detail and provided excellent craftsmanship and ideas on how to future protect. George is a going forward resource for us. He is also very enthusiastic and a pleasure to meet. Really a breath of fresh air!!
