Luis charged me 5 thousand dollars just to renovate a closet. He sent a guy who did not know what he was doing. He did a terrible job, as he was well aware. The plaster was not done properly, not straight. The closet had no shelves, no door, no insulation, ice-cold and the ceiling light with an electrical cord was hanging. That could have caused fire to my house and it is very dangerous. As I explained to him, all my clothes and family were in the storage. Almost a year. It costs a lot of money to keep them in storage. He admitted the guy did not know what he was doing. He will send a professional person to do it. Almost 9 months. Every time that I called him he kept telling me the guy would come to do it. Now he no longer picks up the phone and does not respond to my phone calls and does block me.

Luisâ s company, Wisdom Roofing, replaced my roof and did an excellent job. He listened carefully and addressed all my concerns. Highly recommend!

Luis and his crew put a rubber roof on the upstairs porch in my two family home. Luis met with me prior to the work being done and was professional and helped me to understand the project. I had a leak around an old vent stack that the previous roofers had not sealed properly. Louis was knowledgeable and quickly identified the root cause and fixed it the right way. He was very prompt and reasonably priced.

Luis replaced old shingles on my porch roof, re-sealed under the small porch deck and replaced the railing on it. He and his crew did great work on this small , but complicated, project.! Luis is easy to talk do. He cares about his customers, takes pride in his work, and is very reliable. Do not hesitate to hire him.

Sunday at 5AM, I Contacted Wisdom Roofing thru Home Advisor and set up appointment for Monday at 2pm. Luis Ramos came at 1 PM Monday. He reviewed the job with me and quoted a reasonable price and said he could do job the next day because he s finishing a job by noonish. The 3 of them came by and did my job and reviewed it with me. They fixed all my roof wind damages. Everything was AWESOME.!! Thank You Luis Ramos!
