Great work. Very happy with the quality and install
The work was very professional however, I am very unhappy with Windowwall customer service. one day it took me (6) calls before getting someone to pick up and if this is not bad enough, I learned a hard lesson. Anyone who is planning on upgrading your windows and or doors. If you are planning to refinance in order to get this work done. Make sure to refinance before hiring this company. They will not work with you. I was in the middle of my refi when I was told that there was a lean by Windowwall on my home. The refi could not go through until the lean was removed. I tried to no avail to get them to remove the lean just until the refi go through. The answer was no.This refi was to pay Windowwall for work that would not start until a month and a half away. I had already paid a deposit, and ended up using my emergency funds to pay the final amount, once the windows were instead. Even after paying off the balance, I was told to get a verbal acknowledgment to close the refi. I would had to wait an additional five days until the owner signed the acknowledgment form. I understand it takes time for the lean to be lifted, but I donâ t understand why after the final balance was paid in full, and holding up my closing for so long. Why it had to take an additional (5) days for a verbal acknowledgment. This was very disheartening.
7 windows installed on 9/13 24 and all 7 windows have fogged up with moisture both between the glass and outside this happened within hours after install. waiting to hear what they are going to do to fix them. will be willing to change my review upon a satisfactory outcome. they are suppose to stand behind their product as advertised for a lifetime my windows lasted only a couple of hours . I am giving them a chance to make good on their promises.
We had all our windows replaced by Window Wall. All appointments were always on time. Everyone we dealt with went above and beyond to assure our questions and concerns were taken care of. The installation crew (3 young gentlemen, Elias, Luciano and James) were super polite, professional and cleaned up all debris and removed it. We were told the job would be approx. 3 days. They were finished and cleaned up on the 3rd, day. While they were working a "supervisor" showed up to check on the job and asked if we had any questions, etc. The installation crew when finishing up took us around to show us the completed work, how windows operated etc. We are having a patio door replaced by Window Wall in a few weeks. We have asked for the same installation crew for that project also. We highly recommend Window Wall.
Company representatives were courteous. Job was completed professionally and in a timely manner. I am happy with the work.
Thurough, professional, knowledgeable
Window Wall is an average window company. It has been a little over a year and time to write my review. They say they do not do pressure sales, but it is a complete pressure sale. They all do it so no big deal. They work was as expected and there was no over and beyond things for a five star. I did have to clean up after them and fix some cauking where bubbles burst. Customer service is a struggle and can even be a fight to get a return call or for someone to follow-up after the job is complete. The one thing l would warn people about is their warranty coverage. Nothing really wrong with it, but after discussing with neighbors and friends l discovered other companies have a much better support and warranty coverage. Overall, Window Wall is not a bad company at all, just other places could provide you with better coverage, and that is why l give them a 2.5.
My experience with Window Wall staff could serve as an industry model for delivery and installation of windows, along with excellent customer service. I had 17 windows replaced, 4 of which were half circle arches. Although I was initially advised the removal and replacement activities would take several days to accomplish, the installers worked with incredible agility, completing the project in one day. Window Wall staff respected my home and furnishings, covering furniture and cleaning as they worked. I am very critical of contractors at my residence, anticipating only quality products and services. Window Wall exceeded every aspect of my expectations; I highly recommend them for any new windows engagement.
They broke the marble windowsill and although the VP of Operations assured me it would be replaced, he did not get back to me when I called and texted him several times. The windows and door in the lanai are acrylic, which I did NOT know I was getting. I thought they would be glass like the other windows. I was so afraid to wash them that I waited for the VP of Operations to do it. He said if they scratched when I washed them, he would replace it. Well, they are scratched, despite me being VERY careful when washing them. I will reach out to him but do not expect he will keep his word as he did not regarding the marble windowsill. I would not recommend this company
