A windstorm sent a tree branch crashing through our sunroom window, shattering it into many jagged pieces. Within an hour of putting in a request, Walid had responded, set up a time to look at the damage, and within two days, working on a Saturday even, he had carefully removed the broken window and installed the replacement glass. Reasonable, efficient, professional, and friendly service!
