Very friendly, cleaned up when finished, even fixed a base board they noticed was pulling away from the wall, started the job and did not stop unitl it was done, very happy with the look of the doors, now I think the garage door needs updating to keep it reputation.

The windows are very nice and I can already tell a difference in the temperature of my home. It is much more consistant. My AC did not run as much and now my furnace doesn't run much either. Winter will be a big test. The windows are nice to look out and easy to move and clean. The three man crew that came to my home did an excellent job. They were fast and efficient. The head guy new exactly what he was doing and had been doing this type of work for a long time. The other two followed his directions well and were good workers as well. Will have them back to do the second floor windows next year.

Pleasant people to work with. Did a great job on siding and windows. A few bumps in communication along the way, but they responded well and made us happy. I had a small issue with a window trim wrap this spring and they were here within days and dwere done fixing it in less than an hour.

After we got the communication problem worked out, we have been more than happy with the company and their product. the installers were two of the nices people you would want to meet, the job is wonderful, we couldn't be happier with the windows and the appearance it made to our house. Would we do it again with this company the answer is a solid YES. Thank you to window comcepts....

installers not very professional, but seemed to do good work. project took much longer than estimated.

The two guys who came out were really friendly and let us watch the installation of the new windows. They new what they were doing and did a good job.

good experiences overall

The project took a little longer than expected, it was due to the window manufacture went into bankruptcy. It was changed to a different manufacturer and I was offered an upgrade due to the inconvenience. The sale reps were good at explaining the products. This is the first time I am having my window replaced. The installers who came and installed the windows were good at doing their job except they didn't do a walk thru when they were done. I was expecting them to explained to me how the windows work and the windows got some scratches and some streaks on the them. They did come back and cleaned them up.
