Write a ReviewIt started good. The provider (Leo) arrived to 126 Scott Street promptly and was courteous. He opened the dryer and showed me the burned out heating element and gave me a price for it ($197.99). Leo then quoted a price for roller elements that needed replacement, due to rumbling sound dryer was making. The price quoted was $61.00, and Leo said he has that part and does not have to order it. Leo said he needed the $197.00 to order the heating element from Sears Appliances. Leo texted me an invoice showing the total costs for labor, parts and house call. Leo said the part(heating element) from Sears, comes with a three year warranty. I called my housemates and explained the prices and texted them a copy of the invoice for total of $334.41, that included parts, labor, 3 yr warranty and house call. My house mates agreed to the prices and paid Leo $334.41 cash The receipt of payment was an invoice. Leo said he will be getting the part in a couple of days, and scheduled to return to 126 Scott Street to repair the dryer, on 9/27/2024 between 9-11a. Leo did not show up on Friday 9/28/2024 during the time he promised. I called Leo at 11:15 a to check if he is still coming to repair the dryer. No response. I called Jason, the person at Wilson's Appliance Services, who coordinated the repair job. Jason told me that the part had not come in yet, but is due by 5p on 9/27/2024, and he will call me back when it arrives to him. No call from Jason by 6p. I called and left a message asking about the dryer part. The next day, Saturday, 9/28/2024, I called Jason and spoke to him directly, at which time he told me the part had not arrived, but he will call them after they open at 10a, and he will call me back with an answer concerning the dryer part. That is the last time I directly spoke to Jason. He or Leo never responded to me by text or phone voice message to give me an explanation or update. I texted Leo and Jason at the numbers that were listed on the invoice and on Angi website to present options for them to refund the $334.41 to me or to complete the dryer repair job. No response.
Drain pump on my 10 year old lg washer was leaking from the front the company came out found a hole in front seal had part on truck (was really shocked at that ) completed same day
I contacted Jason a couple of months ago trying to locate a company that can convert where originally I had cabinets into a space for a dishwasher. There was no space electrical or plumbing in this area and this was a test that a couple of other companies could not complete for me all together. Jason came out and and gave me an estimate on the plumbing and electrical as well as the cutting of the cabinets and when I say this turned out so well I wouldnâ t be exaggerating
I have been using this company for about three years and unfortunately I have had multiple appliances in my home break this company comes through every time for me through the customer service and even the knowledge helps before even coming out would definitely recommend this company
Company came out to install my dishwasher when Loweâ s, of course would not great service. I know the owner personally.
